As I walked into the Stube, I eas overwhelmed by a heaving sea of smoking jackets and tea cozies. Frau Kaleun held the biggest dance card I have ever seen.

On the piano, Balz played the Balz Balz Boogie Walz. Finished with that piece, he stood on the piano stool and assumed a heroic pose.

The aroma of Ethiopean coffee drifted from the kitchen where Bernard was using someone´s tea cozy to brew the superb beverage.

Admiral, too bad you missed the party. It was very hoochie woochie and I was admired a great deal. People kept pointing out my peacock tea cozy.

I am now visting the Western Approaches and doing some heroic kabooming with a convoy full of Bbritish ships. I wore a Teddy Bear tea cozy while sinking the Southhampton. One torpedo missed but it sank a mittel fracht dampfer by not missing it. Now this comvoy is not so full of British shipping and British dock workers can take a day off instead of unloading two munition ships. A Mayday gift from me to the British working class.

Kindly get medals ready and have a type IX boat nicely painted so that I can take it over on my return.
