They have to go all the way back to 2005, to find a case?
That's a good indicator that overall, the police in Germany are a pretty clean lot.

Maybe Ammnesty International should do a follow up investigation into why police agencies have to suffer the abuse of demmonstrators, without being allowed to employ greater force.

No its a report of devopments since the 2004 report so it goes back to then for new cases so it goes all the way back to 2005 to find cases because it covers that period.

Maybe thats why the report lists all the positive steps that have been taken since the last report.

AI? "Next!"

they can'T clean the desert of all the sand, so they instead focus on one or two dust particles over here and make a big show of it.

Some more facts about Germany: left-extreme violence and crime has constantly grown over the past years, in 2009 by 40%. In the same last year, right-winged violence decreased by 20%. In 2009, brutality against policemen defined new standards. more officers than ever before got hurt in demonstrations. this year we had our first event of self-made bomb being thrown into a line of offiocers, sveeral got wounded. Since some month we get reports that police patrols get systematically lured into traps where they then are tried to get beaten up by gangs of young followers of the religion of peace with migration bckground whose families came to Germany because they are masochists and enjoy all the violent police brutality in this deeply intolerant country of ours.

Strange. On violence in certain rogue states and violence committed by certain groups or by a certain political spectrum, AI usually has surpringly little to say - even for places where it is dominant over other forms and motivations of violence.

AI - Amnesia Intended.
