Issues with Silent 3ditor

Everytime I go to start Silent 3ditor it comes up with an error that says this:


Unable to compile the controllers because either a file is locked, or there is an error with the definitions. Please ensure no other copy of S3D is running.

Extended info:
Exe-path: C:\Program Files \skwas\Silent 3ditor

Errors building assembly:
-error CS0006: Metadata file 'system dll' could not be found

Anyone know how to fix the problem?

The only thing I can think of is dump it and re-download. I don't know what the problem is, though, so that may be unnecessary.

What operating system do you use?
You may need to install outside the Program Files folder?

I use Windows Xp.. 2002 version
