I keep the deck gun crew in Hogans alley when not surfaced and after a wounded ship.
Then, I just move them from Hogans alley to the deck gun and back.
But, I cannot do the same with the AA gunners.
The compass, depth gage, and rudder block the display of the AA gunners.
Whenever I dive to avoid aircraft, and lets say they drop a few DC's, I am subject to lose one or more of my gunners because I cannot move them to Hogans Alley.
Is this just my problem or is this with all?
Is there a way around this?

Use the DEL key to remove the HUD and then you will be able to see the slots.

Wow. One more thing I just learned about SH4. Much thanks for posting that. :salute:

Hogans alley is located on the crew management page in TMO 2.0 and maybe RFB supermods I dont play RFB so I could be wrong on that one. I know it"s not in stock however. Hogans Alley is a place to stash gun and deck crews to prevent death from depth charge/air attacks when submerged due to an unfixable game bug which counts these positions as manned when submerged as long as crew are assigned to them.:arrgh!:

I did not know that, thanks.
I will try that my next mission out.

Hogan's Alley is also in OM for u-boats, but not being about Americans it is called something like 'Crew Berthing'.

 I've always known about hitting the Delete key to remove the HUD but never thought of it when moving crewmen back and forth between the AA gunnery slots. I always, somehow, found a way to squeeze them through the slots' corners. That's not to say I didn't encounter some degree of difficulty in my endeavor.:D:88)
I have same problem. I play TMO 2.0 and my DEL key does not remove the HUD guages. What should command look like in the COmmands.cfg file for this to work?

Are you using the one on the number pad? Perhaps numlock needs to be on. I don't recall if it does or not.
