Fooling around with Wikipedia and Google Earth tonight, I came across this interesting terrain feature near or on the site of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site:

Either Mother Nature has a dark sense of humor, or my imagination ran away from me. Looks like a mushroom cloud to me. :DL

I guess that is what happens when you detonate two nukes in succession. The mushroom cloud of one gets burned in to the Earth...
