poor lass
there was just no need to splash this over the internet and papers... moral poverty at its worst. At what point did the editor think 'hey, that's a good story'?
You might also notice that neither article has published the name of the author... 'kin' cowards.:down:
Honestly, sometimes I don't understand how people can behave in such a crass manner.

It's bad writing, too, at least in the Metro. Since when do hearts have electrical systems?

Pretty much since we evolved from ocean slime.
Ever wonder what an ECG measures? It ain't steam powered. :DL
Yes that sort of thing should be kept her secret! If her Parents are still alive I wonder how they would react to reading that tripe!!:nope:

I'm wondering if this is even real!?
How could a writer be so shallow? That's just awful! I mean at least she died in a state of ecstasy but how shallow to inform the whole world about it! I mean, that's a very private matter and I'm sure she didn't want to be found that way. They painted her out to the world like she was a whore or something! What if their own mother died from anal leakage or something?! Would they be so cold and write up the graphic details of that for us to lose our breakfast over?! Sheesh! :nope:

Not the only odd sounding system in the body... Endocrine System... sheesh sounds like a place the Starship Enterprise visited. :DL

really??? and I always thought my heartburn is because the boiler overheats from time to time:hmmm:
back to topic: there's a whole epidemic of bad tasteless writings in all but a few serious newspapers. 5 out of 10 were tabloids to begin with and 4 out of 10 became that as the population dumbed down. I had to buy 3 newspapers to get enough information for a recent referendum so I could place my vote, but no problem finding out who has cellulite
condolences to her family and it's time to sue

Thanks for the heads-up jumpy. I posted a comment on Metro for whatever it's worth. Hopefully they'll have a new editor in a few days! As for the Daily Mail, well, it's about par for the course for them.
Edit:
My GF says the Daily Mail and the Metro are the same people!? :88)

It saddens me that there are people who would publish demeaning articles against their own family members in order to push their cause - especially against your own children. In this case it's the feminist cause.

What mostly annoys me about that is not the fact that someone writes about their family, but the fact that someone makes wide sweeping conclusions based on a very limited amount of data.

A pretty young women experiences Death by Diddling while watching porn with her vibrator and you don't think that is newsworthy? It could lead to some interesting headlines.
Vixen's Vagal Vapor-lock due to Vacillating Vibrator
Doxie's Diddling Delivers Death by Downloading
Blond Bites the dust with Battery Buddy By her Bed
Lady Liquidated with Laptop Lascivious Luxuriation
:D
It is rather an unusual story. Is this somehow worse than what the tabloids publish about who is dating/dumping/F-ing/cheating with whom?
This women is dead, it is not like she is going to be embarrassed or this story will have an adverse effect on her career.
It was like the story of David Carradine. It sells newspapers and that is the sole purpose of a newspaper... profit.
Seriously, while this is a tragic accident, it is not any more or less "offending" that other simulator stories.

Dude, she was a human being and her memory is being trashed. That's a bit below the belt considering she's not able to defend her actions. And really, why should she even have to defend them? She was entitled to her own sexual exploration and gratification just like anybody in this world. What if it was your sister or mother or your own wife? You'd be out for blood over it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think respect for the dead is something that is common to all cultures for simple reasons - as thorn said, they can't defend themselves, and they can't do anything to right their wrongs. They are basically powerless and nothing they did can be changed. Not to mention the fact that this is a recent death and her loved ones will be mourning. That's the difference between this story and a story about someone who is alive and is cheating/dumping/F-ing whoever.

Hyped up stories like Bird Flu as well, remember we were told millions will die!
I got no time for the gutter press in this country and no time for TV news which is all a media kinda garden hyper rubbish.

Thats like here last summer on the news a man drowned the media turned up and filmed the family standing around crying and went in and did some close up shots of the dead man :nope: - then the interviewer goes up to the wife and asks the morbid question "How are you feeling now" Unbelievable. This was all on the news that night.
