why i cant install sh3 1.4b patch ?
does somebody konw the problem?

If you have purchased a new copy of the game, either on disk or via download, it should be fully patched to v1.4 already. Check the version # of your install to be sure.

Go to the root SH3 folder (usually in C\ProgramFiles and right click on the SH3 icon, select properties then open the Vversion tab and the top entry should notify you.

Two possibilities I can think of the top of my head.

1. Are you using the correct version of the patch? There are two versions the US and EMA ones. Depending on which version of the game you have you must use the appropriate patch.

2. Do you have a late version of SH3 that comes already patched to 1.4? Use SH3Cmdr as Jim recommended to check it.
