torpedo customization problems

im trying to fix my reserve torpedoes so that every 6th torpedo is a uh.. the one that focuses on engine noice...but for some reason, the game
stores the torpedoes by type, and not in the order i pick them.. which
is kinda anoying since i want to have access to such a torpedo at all times, and not just when all others are spent.

anyone know if its possible to change how they are loaded into the tubes, or if its possible to change the order the reserve torpedoes are stored ?

any and all help appriciated.

If you look on the toolbars, I think it's under "Misc", there'll be a selected button with a wrench and torpedo as its icon, IIRC. Click that to disable Automatic Torpedo Loading. ;)

...First thing I do when leaving port.

Also, once you've fired your first fish, you can unload tubes (by dragging the loaded torpedos back to the empty reserve slot), and then you can re-arrange the firing order any way you like.
