It's bound to happen when you deny a basic freedom.
Freedom of choice.

Last I heard there was at least 18 states that were considering the same thing.
Obama's response (or lack thereof) to the deep water oil spill in New Orleans probably pushed Jindal off the fence.

What does Jindal got to do with this? As a pub he is 99 percent likely to vote any anti-healthcare reform into law.

Louisiana House Bill 1474, which passed the Louisiana Senate with strong bipartisan support, will soon head to Gov. Bobby Jindal's desk

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why Louisiana doesn't want Manditory purchase of healcare insurance.

I just don't get the fascination with that fool Jindal. "Looks like Jindal had enough" and such comments. It was the legislature that "had enough" I guess as I said Jindal will and likely sign anything anti-Obama anti-healthcare into law. Its popular among the scared folks here to be anti obama any way you can.

Jindal is anything but a fool. He is a very bright concerned individual. Check out his record for handling hurricanes post Katrina.....the guy was on top of them from start to finish...it showed....

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and state Attorney General Buddy Caldwell asked a U.S. judge to lift a six-month moratorium on deepwater drilling in the Gulf of Mexico within 30 days to avoid “turning an environmental disaster into an economic catastrophe.”
