I get the idea behind the website, Ubi's made up of people from many creeds and cultures working together, and that is pretty cool. I think it could have been done better. Even if they just had one person talking at one time, otherwise it's just noise and random face parts.

If you saw the Ubisoft E3 conference, you'll probably notice that it's pretty much in line with their design philosphy, lots of "new age" crap and very, very little real gaming.
