IL2 install

Hey all, I'm back after such a long absence, been pretty busy and all.

I finally got meself a copy of IL2 1946 brand new from the games shop. But I can't seem to get the autoplay working :stare: Tried right clicking and making it do it but nothing seemed to happen. Tried the explore and manually starting the setup but nothing's happening :damn:
Can anyone please help? I really want to play it :doh:

Have you tried the a.exe located on the DVD? Not sure if it works, but give it a try.

Aha, it's installing now :yeah: Didn't want to touch the exe earlier because it reminded me of a virus process I had before (which resulted in nuking the drives twice to destroy it) :doh:

Now I just hope this is tons better than Heroes of the Pacific...
