Problem ending patrol

After I finished my patrol,I returned to Midway,but couldn't end patrol.Just had refuel-rearm option.End patrol was blued out.I'm using TMO,and I had to refuel-rearm at Darwin once.Any and all help will be appreciated.

Check your nav map for an anchor icon that is tilted, this is your home base. The straight up anchor icons are refit bases only. If Midway was your home port when you left for your patrol it is likely they changed it on you while you were out.

You think your port is Midway because, when your equipment, you chose the option 'sail out of the port'.
In reality, your home port is Pearl.
