While most of the world is focused on the oil spill, the Arizona law, and wall street all hell is breaking loose in Jamica.
At least 30 dead in drug violence

Yea read about it in a blog and local daily few days ago.
But what can we do?
War is not necessarily always a bad thing. It is for one much better than a stabilized conglomerate of evil or a brutal oppression.
that's my 2 cents, of course often in life there's often no clear cut definition on which side is evil and which is not, often both side committed atrocities as a 'just' response to similar act done to their group in the past.
as Skybird put it there's war of necessity and then there's war of choice. I think it's the first that's happening in Jamaica.

Last I head the death toll was about 44 or so, but that was earlier today. For some reason Jamaica just never struck me as being prone to violence, especially not like this :hmmm:

Drug lord challenging state authority. . . time to weed them out I guess should probably be done much earlier. If he could transform himself somehow to be a national hero of some sort and went into politics....perhaps we'll see the first drug lord turned national leader lol.
That would prove the reverse of politicians becoming criminals is just as justified lol.
