Since i have 3 of them, my assumption has been its some type of permanent negative mark on your "record" if you've been a bad boy.

Referrals are just that. If you get someone you know to signup/register to Subsim, during registration they can enter the username of the person that recommended Subsim.

In this case, Dowly, someone you know used your name.

The administrator may have enabled referrals, which allows you to be credited for any new users you invite to the forum.

BTW dowly, i don't think were even, i think im a few up on ya. I still don't know how i managed to get "best of 2009" when i was keelhauled for MOST of that year, and brigged for 6 months prior to that. :haha:

Probably not something to be proud of, but hey, if your gonna do something, do it right, no? Edit: hmm apparently i didn't do it right since im posting here again.... nevermind!

Sometimes we make the wrong mistakes. Or maybe even the worst are redeemable. Or maybe Neal has a multiple-personality problem. Or maybe I should just sit down now.:oops::rotfl2:
