High school students and college-age adults have been complaining to District officials that the free condoms the city has been offering are not of good enough quality and are too small and that getting them from school nurses is "just like asking grandma or auntie."

another good one that caught me off guard once when a friend of mine introduced me to a lady

Meh, Have had problems girth wise with some condoms, given that I am not better endowed than about the average there might be some truth to that.
Anyway, when it comes to condoms, I wouldn't trust anything issued by the government since they only go for the lowest price, I would rather get something of a higher quality than risk unwanted pregnancy.
