Yup. Easter egg like the flying dutchman. The hula dancers could be found roughly in the area where wewak harbor would be around, on the northern coast of new guinea.

I didn't. I opened the campaign_loc file in a text editor and searched for the hula dat file. My assumption is the OP saw the hula.dat file in the program directory and had a "WTF?!" moment.
