Obama signs press freedom act, declines to take questions


Now I understand why because the questions asked were un-related. But it is a funny headline and actually points out a bigger issue.

That is funny!

I liked his actual response: "You are free to ask them," Obama said. "I'm not doing a press conference today."

This reminds me on an old David Fry routine. David Fry was a comedian who used to satirize Nixon.

Reporter: Mr. President, what are your intentions concerning Viet Nam?

David Fry (as Nixon), Well the fact are, and I do believe in the importance of facts. After all, I am the President and that's a fact. Next question.

Reporter: Mr. President you did not answer my question

Nixon: That is also a fact. :D
