Not only that, but one researcher (http://www.zimbio.com/Spatial+Awareness+of+Men+Versus+Women/articles/3/can+men+find+their+way+around) actually scanned the brains of over a million kids and found that by age four, the boys were already surpassing the girls in spatial ability by a ratio of 4:1. She also found that while girls did just fine at seeing two dimensions in the brain, boys had the ability to see a third dimension, allowing them to understand the concept of depth at an earlier age.
OMG that totally reminded me of an experement my 5th grade teach did regarding this:o. He devided up the class into boys/girls teams and each team had to bounce a ball into a trash can. The boys would win ever time, and it wasn't even close. The girls just could not figure out how to bounce that ball , while the boys quickly figured it out.:hmmm:
....and then there's the parking thing.:har:
my ex bottomed out the car one time while parking (gas instead of brake:o:haha:)

Uhm... did no one notice...
1 researcher
scanning the brains of a million kids....
Not happening.
MRI scans usually take 5-10 minutes. Lets go mare minimum and say 5 minutes each - drive those kids like cattle. This means in an 8 hour day the researcher can scan 96 kids. If they work 8 hours a day, 365 days a year, it would take 28 and a half years to scan the brains of 1 million kids.
I call bull on this one.
