Deleting old campaign.

So how do you go about deleting an old campaign and the save games. I may just want to restart now that I know how the game syncing works.
I have tried deleting old saved games but half the time I am told game delete failed (?)

I'd just start a new campaign and ignore the other save files personally if you're not able to delete them.
