Squirrel traps family in their home !

Evidently a true story... theres also a few other funny storys here as well.


Several motorists called police on Sunday because a large turtle was blocking the entrance to the Westfield-SouthPark Shopping Center.
The turtle was taking a long time to cross the Howe Road entrance to the mall. The motorists were afraid the turtle would get hit by a car.

In all fairness to the family involved, the little bugger was pretty scary:

However after a tense standoff with the local SWAT team the suspect was successfully disarmed and taken into custody:

He is now awaiting trial. Rumor has it his public defender will be looking for a verdict of not guilty by reason of insanity since, as he put it, "My client is clearly nuts."
