Paintball Supergame

I played in my first PB supergame, the largest paintball event on the Westcoast:o. There were more than 1000 players on Saturday:o:yeah:.

Game highlites:
The field is giganticnormous! Heavily wooded and hilly. It was like being in the Nam.
Damn near killed myself during the night game:oops:.

Now I'm not kidding, there was a girl there playing in platform, leather stripper boots, a mini skirt and halter-top and she had huge boobs! >DD? :o sry dowly~jim, no pictures:oops:

Within the first 15 minutes of the saturday game, someone nearly died!:o:o The guy had a grand mal epileptic seizure and stopped breathing and had a very weak pulse. (He survived, they had emt on site and an actual military medic was there that saved him:salute:)

I shot around 3000 pbs:o.
I had a sweet head shot kill:D.
I actually got to use my ROTC ambush training:woot:
Now, some may say: I heard ol fat mcbee moves on the pb field like a beached walrus. True, but that was 2007 at the subsim pb game, with mcbee in fogged glasses and pb mask... This is the new spetznaz-airborne-ranger-commando mcbee now.

Yeah, that was what was going through my mind when I had the drop on you and you took off, blind-firing behind you, and almost took my head off. While I cowered behind the pipes I said to myself; "This guy moves like a beached walrus". :roll:

Yeah, I wish you were there. Then I would have had somebody to talk to:D. Our team won overall. I had fun, it exceeded my expectations. Everybody liked my use of the natural camo (plants on the hat and barrel) apperently, I'm the only one that pays attention to sniper week on the military channel:D. some pro photographers (from the paintball mag) wanted a photo of my camo setup:haha:.

I love paintball. I even have a nice scar on my arm showing the point blank shot of my enemy.. Damn cheater... its ok I shot him in the face point blank so his nose swelled twices its size.. muhahahahaa.. :arrgh!:

:har: Some of my teammates laughed at me for wearing a cup. The funny thing was, I got hit there by a sniper shot:o and I heard the smack on the plastic, and the best part was, the PB didn't break:D.

After seeing someone take a direct hit in the nads w/ a hockey puck (they weren't wearing a cup), I always wear one for these kind of sports.

A good paintball player once told me; "If you're playing right, you should only ever get shot in the weapon or the facemask".

Play by that rule, and you won't need a cup. ;)

Some, sad news. They guy that "almost died" as it turns out, past away that evening:cry: The family didn't wan't anyone to know until the tournament was over. He was 31 and from Idaho. They had a memorial paintball game for him which raised ~$1200 for his family.

I guess if you gotta go, he died doing what he loved.:salute:
