Better dials

Whne I say better I mean clearer.....I LOVE the ones CapnScurvy did in MaxOptics Iv but just dont like the scope views, so can anyone suggest some alternatives.

Using 1.5 TMO 1.9 and RSRD

Check in the mods thread there were some mods that only changed the dials and tool bar but I don't know where they are.
I like CapnScurvy's dials as well but I also like the big scope.
