ALL U-boat Classes (Type 7 is small sometimes)

Fully modeled Interior (On an Ipod? Good luck..)

WOFLPACKS :yeah: ('nuff said)

however.. to be able to play this 'amazing' game, you have to have the finger digits of a six year old :haha:

Huh.. I don't see any availability limitations here http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/1121062387/m/4731093358 but I have to say.. shopping on Ubishop is a real challenge.

I tried to buy it but without any luck, selecting the ipod platform on ubishop gives me a "no result found" message. This is such a fail company, they can't even sell their product :nope: Maybe you can get it on Steam or D2D ...

I'm not quite sure how much input Ubi has on Apple's indexing policy for Itunes. Secondly, to the OP, I think it looks kid of neat. I have a HTC Legend and would probably get if it was available for Android. :) Wouldn't call it nonsense just because it isn't "hardcore" enough. It is an Iphone game, and handheld games can be quite entertaining.

WOTA looks MUCH better than the current Silent Hunter for Iphone, which is pretty lame to be honest.
Would I ditch the full blown SH3/4/5 to play it? obviously not,
It can be the best U-boat sim ever, but its still ugly 90's 3d on a tiny touch screen. Not something you will want to stare at for hours on end when you have $2000+ worth of PC kit :haha:

Well having checked it out - I mean WOTA I'd like to disagree that this is nonsense – far from it in fact - sure the graphics are a bit weak, but if you consider this is a labor of love built by one or two enthusiasts I think its an astounding achievement and I would like to give them all encouragement


If some of the SubSim modders and members could stump up some funding and some technical expertise, and if the author of WOTA was willing - I recon it would be the ultimate fun to have a gamer produced game - now that would be fun, and a great way to put one up the publishers!

And before anyone screams – I’d be quite happy to stump up $1000 if I was sure the concept had legs and stood a good chance of being completed

WOTA is developed in Unity gaming engine. For those who say that the graphic is weak. Consider that this is a mobile phone game that is developed by one man without any funding whatsoever. So i can compare this game to SH5 iphone version and i can say that SH5 version is crap. This game is done for money, WOTA is being developed for love.

I hope that WOTA developer will earn a nice sum of money from this game. :up: Sadly i think that the market is not in right place because Iphone users like to buy "quick in, quick out" arcade type of games. I just dont see thousands of people simulating UBoat action on a Iphone.
