Hello all:salute:
I would like to know why my mission objectives are always "patrol area".
When I choose Germany 's blockade it said that I have sink 5 ships but for the objective I get patrol area again and again.

Patrol zones and the Missions you choose before the patrol are totally separate.

So I must sink 5 ships and the mission will be done?

Well, yes and no. That particular one is 5 specific ships, but yes, as you sink ships that qualify for missions those missions are updated as being completed or partially completed regardless of whatever patrol objectives you had. :DL

Nope, missions can be completed across any number of patrols, as long as they are completed by the date listed on them.

But I have sinked 50000 tons for the first mission and it is still active.

Yup, totally different mission.

Total Germany has 4 'missions' to complete before June 1940.

1. Sink 50,000 tons near the east coast of England
2. Sink 100,000 tons in the Southern Approaches
3. Sink 5 ships in the Norther Approaches and 1 Aircraft Carrier in the south

Then once March 1940 arrives, you get Operation Wesserbung or something, which is sinking a bunch of warships up north by Narvik, Norway.

The 5 ships are "troop transports", found near Loch Ewe (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/1121062387/m/9551043738?r=6891035348#6891035348).

The 50,000 needs to be sunk near the area marked, something like 100km from the coastline I think? I'll try to find the picture that shows that, gotta run to a meeting real quick. :)

Chances are that you weren't sinking them in the right area matey.

I'll have to end the career if I can't get fuel. I have returned to Heligoland with 10% fuel left but cannot get the sub docked.

Is there a secret password or hand signal?

You can dock/end patrol only at your home base, check the map for a BIG blue sub icon.. that's ur base. Refit can be made at any friendly port, just get close enough to the port and you will see a flashing yellow anchor icon at the top of the screen, next to the time compression icons. Click on it and choose refit from the menu. Simple as that.

I am now doing the BLOCKADE OF GERMANY mission and I have sank 5 ships on the patrol red line but it is still open. the same with the coastal waters mission in which I was supposed to sink 50000 tons of merchant shipping. Again when I did that nothing happened. :damn::damn:

You need to sink:

Frigates
Corvettes
Auxiliary Cruisers

Others won`t count.

Sink one aircraft carrier in that red circle zone. Easiest way for me was waiting for her about 50-75km SW of Plymouth. Any carrier that spawns in Plymouth will do (same as ones going to Plymouth).

Do not sink anchored ones, they don`t count.

What you mean?

46K one is Ark Royal. If she`s heading in/out of the port with about 7 escorts it will count towards objective. If not (she`s anchored) you`ll get only kill.

Blockade of Germany does not have any 50K mission in it.

BoG splits between:
a)Sink 5 specific ships
b)Sink one aircraft carrier

Edit: 50K is Coastal Waters mission I suppose.

If it looks like this then you have reached the required amount. If it's not going up at all then you are sinking ships in the wrong area (or possibly the wrong kind of ships)

It depends on your mission orders. If you are on the first mission then as far as I can remember any merchants will do. You need to be in the right area I.E. the right side of that red line - you should see a patrol icon that shows you where (yellow box)

I've been going up and down the line and got 200k tons and i haven't got any progress AT ALL on the mission.
