It's a collection of almost 40 of my favorite (along with some completely mundane but still interesting) photos from Lothar-Gunther Buchheim's 1976 photo essay U-Boat War. Hopefully you've never seen most of them before.

Those photos are just awesome.

The Depth charge attack shot brings it all home.

Looks like the boats took a good shaking, which SH5 completely lacks. It would appear Das Boot got a lot right. No surprises seeing that Willenbrach, the commander of the real U96 was there during the filming.

I don't know the file structure for SH5 but if it's the same all you have to do is edit the cameras.dat file and change the 4 MechShocksPendulum values.:yep:

Some fantastic pictures there. Particularly Like "In to the storm", "Riders on the storm" and "redezvous", speaking of which, how the hell could they resupply in seas like that??
