So as the title says, what game would you most like to have a follow up to or a remake?

I would love to see

1. Freelancer 2
2. System shock 3
3. Resident evil 2 remake ( like gamecube RE1)
4. RE code veronica remake
5. Homeworld 3
6. Dead space 2
7. Bioshock 3

All i can think of for the mo but there is bound to be loads more :DL

Your last two are already either being worked on (DS2), or quite probable (don't think they are quite done milking bioshock).

For me:
Battlezone (more like the original bz1 though)
Jedi Knight 3 (force unleashed was blah at best)
No One Lives Forever 3
Space Rangers 3
Interstate 77
Another Ghostbusters game
Hitman 5
Starwars Battlefront 3
Longbow 3
Falcon 5.0
SWAT 5
Uplink 2
X4
Evil Genius 2
Shogun Total War 2
Stronghold "the realistic version" (there are no good castle games)
Starfleet Command 4
Pirates or Sea Dogs (3d sailing game that doesn't suck and isn't bug ridden, preferably with out skeletons, ghosts or other crap)

Everything else I am interested in is already in the works (batman AA2, mechwarrior, deus ex, theif, etc)

A Jagged Alliance 3 would be cool too.

I know but it's set in the 50ies (I believe). I like the 30ies more for a Mafia game.

Man i had so much fun with Interstate 76 (not 77 :O: )

Few things can match the fun of putting a big V8 engine in a little dune buggy. You couldn't kill anyone, but you could annoy the piss out of everyone. :rotfl2:

That's weird I post that I'd like to see an M1 TP2 sequel and ten minutes later I find out my wish has come true.....

I want a sequel/remake of X-Com UFO Defence that actually matches the original.

Or an X-Com themed FPS game mod. Running out of a Skyranger with my squad behind a Heavy Weapons Platform, Auto-Cannon in hand, for then to subject the enemy Sectoids to incendiary death while my team mates battled Cyberdisks... or hovering between buildings with a Heavy Plasma as an Ethereal... would be a dream come true.

I know at one stage there was a freelancer 2 in production. If you go onto youtube you can see a couple of official clips of the game engine in progress (looked brill)

Also a sequel to Batman AA would be fantastic. That game really did take me by surprise. As long as it has loads of extras and riddles and the same great atmosphere.

Im also interested to see how the new DOOM will turn out. I know D3 was not great but with the lessons they learnt D4 could be good fun.

Eidos was ditched as publisher, it now all falls on Rocksteady, who were bought up by Warner. :hmmm:

Also would love to see someone tackle a new version of Rollercoaster tycoon.

I'm kinda worried with any sequels made today. If game companies stay true to the original game concepts and stories sure.. But all these console hacks are a joke. Also there greed is beyond measure.

If they could stay true to a PC game I would like to see,

Revamp Space Quest, Zork, Starflight 1 and 2, Mech commander and Mech warrior and X-COM. :D

I hope you mean a real Call of Duty sequel, because ever since you just had to run for cover to recover from wounds it wasn't fun. not that running over health packs is any more realistic. But that alone killed COD2 for me, that made it too easy.

I install Heavy Gear 2 on my nephew pc, he grabbed it from a 2nd hand book shop? yeah the game came with a stack of comics :DL Some guy must of thought i mos well throw in the game with the comics as well. When did this game come out late 1990's? Installed okay in windows 7 but when running the game it kept spitting out the cd, Had to use a fix for it to run. Good game, liked it far better than the Mech warrior series. what seems to be a large campaign, Historical missions and skirmish/multiplayer for lan.
