General Graphics advice please?

I'm TRYING to get into SH4 again but keep getting frustrated by graphics glitches. Is there a general guide somewhere as far as 3d settings? Here is my setup...

The black font is really hard to read:-?. Anyway, what kind of glitches are you haveing? Did you try updating the drivers for the card? Mabey it's an overheating issue:hmmm: Let us know exactly what's happening, so we have a better understanding on how to help.

My issues are not too severe but I get sort of triangular screen breakups on the horizon and with certain water reflections.
