If I want to translate the game to Hungarian, which files should be translated???

Check under data\LngGameData\Texts to see all the files that are translated. Things like the menu.txt, *.tsr files for the missions and campaigns and the like. That's basically what will need to be translated. Really everything that's under the LngGameData folder.

For just the interface things, sure. However for tips of the day and any text about mission objectives and things like that you'd want to translate the rest of it. You are correct that creating a mod for data\Menu\menu.txt would be a great first step!

I try to change some rows (main menu rows) in the MENU.TXT, but nothing to happend... :hmmm:

Its easy to do. Just translate the following sentences and you should be good to go:

"We are in shallow waters, captain"

"New waypoint, course XXX"

"Be more aggressive"
