removing HUD key?

do you mean Shift-Z (Hide HUD)?
what do you want to do with it?

im trying to remove the HUD for screenshots

the key never works for me though...then i checked the F1 key(to see key commands) and one of my mods had changed the key to num "." so tried that...no joy :(

so went into the cfg and changed the key myself to "shift+F2" but still nothing.

any idea what im doing wrong?

First of all check if shift+F2 is assigned to another function
Now if it is free add this line to the command:
Key0=0x71,s,"Shift+F2"
