Didn't spend alot of time looking to be honest - their web design sucks!
But here is a baseline within the price you wanted.

Only thing I did not include here were speakers for the audio or an audio card. Usually onboard is sufficient for most people - and speakers are such a personal choice. Total is $2469.

I am all for water cooling if your familiar with doing it - or used to building regular pc's and can take the time to do it right.
However - that only fits Intel chips - I priced the best Phenom2 to meet the price window - so you would end up having to change MB and CPU. Not hard to do by any means - but the I cores run a bit more expensive. If you can swing the intel chip and board with water cooler - shoot ya man!

Ok didnt realise it only fits intel . Yeah your right , Phenom is better value . I could probably spend a little bit more money . Is onboard sound ok . I could probably spend a little bit more , say $2700 . I need a sound card as well . Is it better to get a card with onboard sound or a sound card . The speakers i have are 5.1 and too be honest i will probably use a set of bose noise cancelling headphones mostly .

OK - most audio onboard is pretty good nowadays. They also usually support 5.1 speakers. To get a card that is supported under Windows 7 64x - you have to go with an X-FI or equal card - adding an easy 200+ to the cost.
Best thing I can advise you on this one is use onboard sound. IF - and I doubt it would happen - but IF you find the onboard isn't good enough - then you can add the card.
Unless you really have to have EAX extensions for FPS gaming (because you have to hear the guy sneaking up behind you in absolute lossless - I have to say its probably not worth the money.

Onboard sound is more than enough for 9.5/10 people these days, and quad core chips make the CPU time used to process the sound fairly irrelevant. I haven't had a dedicated sound board in my rig since at least December 2003, and I've been happy with my onboard sound.

Sweet choices. Realize that Professional 7 doesnt give you bitlocker encryption (which you may not want) as well as a few other goodies. But then again - you may not use such - and thus why spend on the extra.

Looks good - the only concern I have is the mb pic isn't real good - looks like the card may interfere with the sata hd connections. May want to see if you can get find a better shot of the mb to double check that. If its good - then your in great shape.
As for the lcd tv - usually as long as it has an HDMI input you can - the card you picked does have an hdmi output so its set.
