I've been gone from here for awhile playing SH5 and yes it is pro-and cons like SH3 and SH4 (as when they were new out of the sack).
The "basic" Silent Hunter feel is there and hence when I started playing SH5 I felt kinda like playing SH3 ( before add-ons), the SH5 is a new SH3 in new "clothes"( Meaning the change is very small. That I feared for good and for worse, I mean it is the Atlantic Wolfpack era, i.e. the basics can't change that much)
Graphics are a step way upwards and adds a lot of extra feel to the game. ( NOW, I'm talking graphics before enhanced).
Though there are some "issues", for me as a Kapt. of the boat and they have to be fixed, like me running down to keep a good meal up for the crew by the cook while the war is going on out there :).....or well, you know what I mean...
