What is the best ever weapon in a game that you have used?

Mine has to be the "Stuff" Gun from some HL2 mod I had (can't remember it's name) You just aim it at something (eg a barrel), right click, then left click to fire that object :D

The Redeemer is just hilarious...the thing caused insane damage and with a packed server you could unleash the M-m-m-m-Monsterkill kil kill :rock:
it pissed players of when in use, and seeyin people trying to run from it...:haha:

My favourite weapon in Doom was always the Plasma Rifle although the Rocket Launcher was a close second, the only snag being the minus frags incurred through corridor combat.
I recall one particularly amusing incident during a Doom LAN match at school where a friend of mine was hiding behind a door with a rocket launcher ready for me to stumble upon him. I opened the door but as the door was rising I saw his feet and shut it again just as he fired :yeah:

I voted for the rocket launcher, although there isn't an option in the poll for the rabbit-firing rocket launcher cheat in Shadow Warrior. That was one of my all-time favorites. :D

About the same yield as the standard rocket launcher. The bunny would squeal all the way down range and make a nice *squish* noise when it hit something. Did the same thing when a nuke shell was loaded, but with more of a squishy *flash* I guess. :DL

The Gluon Gun from Half Life 1. I loved that sucker, despite the fact it ate through ammo.


Also the AA-12 with explosive rounds in The Ballad Of Gay Tony. Only shotgun that can shoot down a helicopter.
