Yeah it's one of my favorites too, but I already have it. It's part of the Tipperary sound pack for SH3 which can also be dropped into SH5's gramaphone folder and works fine. There are several other good tunes in that pack as well including Tipperary.

However there is one sound file that used to be availible in the downloads that was a compilation of the Das Boot theme but no longer appears. It was a rather long one, and had the familiar theme along with several sections of the msuic from different times of the movie.
Not a complete soundtrack, but just parts of it.
