It would appear that they have failed to realise that the fundamental point of any recruitment process IS discrimination. You are discriminating between the assets that each candidate has and determining the best person for the job. If you don't discriminate, then you you can never choose a candidate.

haha, they even had trouble to advertise for an english-speaking person in Britain, which is a requirement for many jobs all over the world.

I wonder in which world the people from the recruitment agency live.
I would rather have an honest job advertisement to decide if I should apply there. I would not like to waste my time to write an application or go to an interview to finally find out they are looking for a totally different person - or let them find out that I only have a hat with "lion tamer" written on it... :D
