Where do I pick up Operation Weserubung?

I have completed British Supplies, Blockade of Germany and British coastal Waters and only have the last iron cross left in Total Germany.
The one task left showing as incomplete on the log out screen is Operation Weserubung but I can not seem to see where to click on the orders to do it.

I have seen screen shots of where the Iron Cross task starter should be on the Missions map, but mine does not have one. Have I left it too late or something? What happens now? lol

After March 1, 1940 it'll be available to the north, near Narvik.

Was thinking I missed it and it was too late or something. Guess I will just do a free roam patrol to kill time until March 1st.

Hmm, it is still January.
How best to pass that much time in game?
Wrack up as many merchants, or maybe take a run at Scapa ....

Just go hunting without a mission and gain up some extra bonus ships to your record :)

Ya, is what I have been doing. So far did two refits and didn't get past the east coast. Both times I found a massive convoy with more ships then I could sink with all my torps and shells.
Each non mission used up less then two days I think lol
A lot of merchants are going to sink over the next couple months methinks. :hmmm:

As well from me, I see the last cross undone, and its only DEC 6.

Does anyone know when I can get my u-Boat upgraded is that also by year?
