Ive got 21 pts to burn and was wondering which promotions are broken/dont do anything/ etc and which ones are worth worrying about. I hate spending points in crew abilities just for the guy to tell me he cant do it.

Propaganda officer, Riprose (sp?) Is a great action.

There's a mod that disables all of this stuff so you dont have to worry - was a dumb idea - like uboats went to sea with various crew members refusing to do their jobs - there are other mods which dont acutaly disable it completly but try to make it more realistic - again check the mod section
