This is a request from the english forums- I'm assembling a radio mod to make multiple stations from different nations around europe. I have a French, Italian, German and Scottish music list built so far.

I'm curious if anyone has access to WW2 radio broadcasts or Dutch music from the the 20's/30's/40's that they'd be willing to share.

Anyways, thanks, let me know!

Question is: are you looking for radio from German occupied Netherlands or the Dutch radio in exile?

It's not much, but here are 5 songs to start with:

1st broadcast of Radio Oranje (Dutch radio via the BBC service)

Some songs from the 1930s and more samples of Radio Oranje

Here is a nice collection, but it's not freeware:

Hope it's a start :)

EAF274 Johan-

Thanks so much for the links! I'll probably need to ask your help in translating those sites- in choosing which mp3s are good to place in a dutch radio channel. I'm considering purchasing one of those 7.50 euro mp3 albums to help get this project sounding great

I'm probably going to say go with German-occupied Netherlands for now- unless there's a moderate size archive of pro-allied Dutch recordings accessible.

What are your thoughts? If so, I'm guessing it would be located in Amsterdam. What would the call letters/station name be?

If so, I'm guessing it would be located in Amsterdam. What would the call letters/station name be?My guess would be that it's located in Hilversum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilversum), and called Radio Nederland.
