From a submariner blog:

Sad news out of Groton. Terrence Garbuzinski, a VP at Sonalysts (http://www.sonalysts.com/index.html) and a Submariner in the Reserves himself, and who is well known to at least the wardrooms on the Groton waterfront, died last night (http://www.theday.com/article/20100326/NWS04/303269850/1017) in a car accident on I-95 in Mystic, CT. Terry was known for providing lots of good information for those heading out on the "tip of the spear".

The Submarine Brotherhood has lost a good friend and a brother.

May his soul find shelter in the hand of the Creator, and his family find comfort in this trying time.

Fair seas, Rest in Peace, a sad day for the Submarine community indeed.

They had an article about him in my local paper, may he rest in peace.

wrong-way driver on Interstate 95 in Connecticut was remembered Friday as a dedicated family man and a "true patriot" who trained hundreds of submarine crews as an officer in the U.S. Navy.

A deep cut. Appears he was young.
