I have seen a mod that gives better tools for the plotting map,where is this mod?

The other day I was browsing through a few posts and something very interesting caught my eye on someone's post,on his screenshot he had some wonderfully new designed tools for the plotting map,you know,pencil,ruler,compass etc.They looked more realistic and would certainly make your plotting moments more interesting,at the very least more refreshing.
I am guessing this is a new mod recently released as I have never seen it before.I think it was also used in conjunction with the new officers icons (the black and white ones from Kretschmer's boat) which I also have and think its brilliant.

Edit: its a shame I never managed to get a link to that screenshot,its only now I have decided I want the mod.

I guess it's a "SH4 nav-map tools for SH3" mod, but I might be wrong.

I personally made, err.. modded this:

If so its from raptor`s interface mod, same tools as stock just with a new (and very nice) gui.

Looks like it could be that one FM,although I DO remember seeing the tools which also looked upgraded somehow.That is a VERY nice looking GUI though :cool:
Is it compatible with GWX3 and are there any special requirements needed to install that mod?
