I am with Starbatty here. He refers to several already shown-in-reality facts from recent history. Bofinger has plenty of naive beliefs in how solid treaties are and how reality will hopefully bow to idealistic intentions formed at the desktop - a disease all the EU is suffering from: I call it idealamania, and it assumes that realism is not needed and that reality will just follow wishful thinking.

Yes, the Ruble would be so much better.

Probably would actually...

Still prefer to keep our pound though....

Skybird, just vote for the german "NPD" next time, if you´re not already doing so.

They want to get rid of the Euro, leave the EU, establish an overall isolationistic policy and get rid of foreigners, especially Muslims.
Granted, they think of themselves as a renewed NSDAP, think of Hitler as a brilliant and vigorous statesman and would just love to reopen the Concentration Camps, but hey, nobody's perfect.
:haha:

J/K of course.

Not that a big fan of the euro either. But more because there was no monitoring from the state when they established it. Just cranking out the Euro Starter Kits and leaving the price regulation to the market and the merchants was not that good an idea.
For me, thats the cause why some prices have more than doubled in merely a few months after the Euro was established.

This looks like the right way to go.

It comes with plenty of strings attached. You obviously don't know them. They are hardcore Nazis.
If you vote them, you vote for ALL they have and that is not just what is mentioned above. Say goodbye to your personal freedom, say goodbye to democracy, say goodbye to criticising the government, say goodbye to individuality, say goodbye to positive cultural diversity (yes, there are cultures and foreigners that do indeed add to our society)....
Sorry, but that looks NOT like the right way to go.;)

especially if you have no problems voting for a Party which is headed by people who have criminal records, are denying the holocaust and think that dictatorship is the only way to go.

My endorsement was ONLY for those points quoted.
I do NOT know the party, and therefor do NOT endorse them.

The only thing I know about germen politics, is that I dislike the social democrats.
But that judgement seems to hold true for all lands.
