Adding files to downloaded files ?

Hi .How i can add files to mods section? I've had couple of DC mods in my old HD ,that i haven't found here in DC sector,maybe somebody needed them?

You need to PM Neal to get permission, and he sets it up.

Or you can email them to me and I can put them in for you.
