Some Noob questions

Ahoy All,

I have a couple of noob questions for you. Having played SH3 and SH4, I somewhat confused on the new SH.

1.) I finished the 1st campaign mission (Invading Poland). I'm docked at Keil, I've upgraded and loaded torps. I talked to the Korvette Kaptain and watched the video showing the strategic situation. I don't have any icons to select a mission however. When he's done the map has no mission icon that can be selected. What am I doing wrong?

2.) Is there a way to use a compass to change heading ala SH4?

3.) Maybe because it was the tutorial mission but I can't seem to find out how to see how much fuel/battery power is left. Is there a way to do this.

BTW I'm using Church's Keyboard mod, if that makes a difference.

These can be fixed by installing DarkWraith's 3Dials mod (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=163208).

I will download DarkWraith's Mod. It appears to be just what I'm looking for.

In regards to my next mission, I've followed the steps you outlined (I was pleased that I was doing it correctly) and still no Iron Cross anywhere on the map. I fear I may have to re-install as I can't seem to figue out what is causing the icon not to appear. :cry:

I appreciated the help, and will see if I still have the issue after the re-install.
