reinstall issue

I had a crash on my pc and had to reinstall windows, before I had SH5 running.
Now when I put the same username and password it tells me that the gamekey has already been used, if there is no way round this then looks like im going to have to spend another £30 and get another copy, Ihave the collectors edition which I cant use, can anybody PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE:damn::wah:

Are you sure your using the correct Username and Password that you setup in the Account.
Ubisoft are not using info from your PC to manage Accounts, therefore you can Install/Re-Install as many times and on as many PC's as you like.
The keycode is tied to your account so only 1 PC logged into your account can play at a time.

Are you sure there isn't another pc logged into that account eg a laptop or 2nd pc. (That would prevent Login).

I'd call UBI tech support and explain it, im sure they'll fix you up. It's kinda like when having to activate windows by phone for whatever reason that the online way fails.
