the modders in short time have made this into a beautiful game. I can't wait for the next 3-4 months to see what comes out. Everyday I check the mods forum to see whats new.
Personally, I get more of a rush when stalking/attacking a convoy than SH4. Very reminiscent of when I first bought the franchise at SH3.
I purposely did not install the old dials from SH3. Very immersive to walk around the sub and look at dail to know your heading, depth, and speed.
Once the AI (namely aircraft and weak escorts) are patched, this game could be great.
My biggest problem with the release was the lack of information given to you, forcing you to find out everything by yourself. :nope:
