Botched Install? What the Fudge

What the hell does this mean? I created a ubi-account, install seemed fine.. What the fudge I;m not paying fifty bucks for a game ppl are screaming murder over and I can't even use.

What mods are you running? What version (Steam or DVD) are you running? What OS are you running?

1- How can I run mods if there is no game ( I can't start the game at all)
