Hi there,

all week long I have been looking for that carrier I have to sink. Not even one carrier found. I already searched this forum but to no avail.

In one post, someone mentioned to look into the campaign files: how do I do that? Do I need to install extra software or so?

You can read the text files, or use the mission editor (an external app that presumably comes with the game in the game's root directory (unless it has changed since sh4)).

Funny thing is I found it by accident when I wasn't even looking for it, while hunting merchants. After that, zilch:D.

In which operation are you looking for the carrier?

In which operation are you looking for the carrier? In the Blockade mission, you have to destroy ships between the UK and Iceland, and sink a carrier south of Ireland. This mission appears a short time into the first campaign.

Look for the carrier between brest and falmouth thats where I found it, just stay submerged until you get contacts with 5 or more escorts in a circle and there your carrier.

Yes indead: the mission is in the beginning of the campaign and it's called "blockade of germany" or something like that.

I just finished the other two missions (sink 100.000 and 50.000 tons of cargo) and it's november the 9th. I have to sink that carrier and 5 other ships before march the first so a couple of months must make that possible...

It is the 4th time I started a new campaign but I'm not going to restart no more just to find one carrier !

I must find that d**n AC !
