Location of Fubar's skins in order to use his bearded faces mod?

I recently got Fubar's quite good looking 'bearded faces' mod and will be giving this a go on my next patrol,however reading through his readme he states it is to be used in conjunction with one of his skins mods,does anyone know which one?
I know I should PROBABLY ask Fubar in person but I wanted to try here first.
I hope I get to finally use this as for me it has been one of the most overlooked things in SH3,faces without beards?!

It was made for use with Fubar's clean shaven crew skins mod. In looking at it, it should work with any crew skin mod as it replaces the whole head.

Sorry to bring this up again as i'm desperate to get this working in my game now.Quick question,is the bearded faces mod ok to install over the default faces? does it add beards over the EXISTING faces or create new heads from scratch with the beards added?
I just dont want to knacker my game thats all,hope you understand ;)
I also tried asking fubar in person but he hasnt replied yet (probably busy doing more mods hehe) so thats why I have chosen here instead.

Can anyone shed any light on the shaven faces mod to be used in conjunction with the bearded faces? I really want this mod in my game :nope:
Just a link to the file is all I ask.
