Is it possible to Swap Language files w/o reinstalling game?

Evening guys,

When I installed the game, I installed it using the German language pack (mostly for feel of it...thank god for Subtitles :D). I was wondering if swapping German -> English as far as language is concerned is an easy process, or would I need to reinstall the game?
