A few questions from a n00b

Hey everyone, I'm new to the silent hunter game and i've always been a fan of sub sims since the early days of silent service. Well SH4 is insane and I'm loving it. The forums here provide tons of useful knowledge too :) But I keep running into a problem...Well when I have been under attack usually by a plane, after I have destroyed it my crew begins to repair. Once something has been repaired out of nowhere, with no targets showing on the map or no reports of hostiles I begin taking more damage. Any idea if this is a bug and if there is a fix for it, or am I just missing a valuable piece of information? Thanks for any advice you guys may be able to offer!

If you are taking damage and you are not warned, it is probably because you are close to coasts and you are being fired from guns on the coast.

Get on the bridge and wait 10 or 15 seconds. Looks from where the bullets and shells are coming :salute:

I didn't even think of that man, that might be it, I will have to look and see. I hope it's something as simple as that, my whole deck watch is dead now lol
