huge FPS drop in interieur when flooding.

I was damaged to the point of the coast of england and when i when inside my boat i was flooding. The flooding caused a major drop in FPS to the point of almost becoming a slideshow. Strange thing is i never get any drop in frames exepct when i zoom in with my bino,s and watch my bow wake.

I had that too, lowering/turning off shadows helped a lot.

Is there any way to fix flooding? Or are we doomed to die the minute it starts?

Just had a couple of destroyers chasing me for about 30 mins , thought we were going to make it - next thing I'm flooding , and sinking lol you know the rest.

I'm actually loving the game when I can play it

Click on the Engineer (I think) in the control room.

He has an option to do something about flooding.
